Cooper was in his first parade and had his first taste of icecream. our neighborhood has different fun activities for the kids throughout the year. this year i was on the planning committee and we decided to have a independence day parade. we decorated coop's "mini coop" and he was so excited...and seriously thought the party/parade was just for him.
the parade was led by a fire truck through the neighborhood and we ended at our park with an icecream social. we had a great turn out and the rain held off till the parade was over. grandma got to introduce coop to icecream and he couldn't get enough of the sweet cold stuff. the best part...he still took a great nap afterwards despite the sugar rush!
